Context
Médoucine is an online appointment booking platform dedicated to alternative medicine practices. This marketplace connects individuals seeking alternative solutions to traditional medicine with professional therapists selected for their certificates and past experiences. The richness of the content offered and the search functionality allow non-experts to identify the right practice and therapist for their specific needs.
In addition to its appointment booking site, Médoucine also publishes a SaaS software for therapists to facilitate the management of their appointments and their online visibility more broadly.
Résultats obtenus
Johan has carried out several missions at my request and on behalf of Medoucine.com. One of them involved completely revising the interface of our clients' back-office with very important features, even critical ones for our business (signature, registration, onboarding, ...) in addition to being numerous. Another allowed us to rethink the customer journey and design on a "regal" function of our solution.
